It's easy to redeem your gift certificate online

When you're done shopping, review and confirm the items in your Shopping Cart.

Click on Proceed to Checkout to continue.
If you are new to The Vitamin Shoppe, please register, otherwise please login.

You'll now be on a page entitled Please Check Your Order.

Scroll down to the option: Redeem Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Healthy Awards Certificates.

Click on Click Here to redeem gift card, gift certificate and Healthy Award Certificate.

You'll now be on a page entitled Billing and Payment.

Scroll down to the option: Redeem Your Gift Card/Certificate or Healthy Awards Certificate Here. You may redeem any combination of 3 gift cards/certificates or Healthy Awards Certificate per purchase.

Please select Gift Certificate as the type of tender you are redeeming.

Enter your Gift Certificate number in the Certificate Number field. This nine-digit number is located directly below the bar code on your gift certificate.

Enter your dollar amount in the Amount field. This dollar amount is also found on your gift certificate. Please remember that your purchase must meet or exceed the dollar amount of your gift certificate.

Click on Continue to proceed with your order.

You'll now be on a page entitled Please Check Your Order.

Make sure you choose your preferred shipping method. If you qualify for free shipping, please make sure you select "Super Saver" from the shipping options.

Your gift card or certificate credit will be noted above the subtotal in your checkout transaction.

Click on Confirm Order to complete your transaction.
